One of the things I have been doing religiously is drinking hot water. No joke. I wake up, I have a glass of hot water. I take a shower. I have a glass of hot water. I eat some chocolate or fatty junk. I have a glass of hot water. Long story short, I drink hot water. I crap load of it.
I went to Tim Hortons (classic canadian coffee and donut place) Twice today .. guess what I ordered. Hot water. That’s it for today kiddos! hopefully when i check in next, I’ll have some exciting news related to being a loser. Love you all!!!
