processes and progress

There is many processes to go through in weight loss.  First, you’ve got to admit and accept that you are fat and need to do something about it.  Next you’ve got to set up a plan as to how on earth you’ll get rid of the weight.   Once you figure out what you’re gonna do, you’ve gotta start doing it. Not “oh the diet starts tomorrow so i can pig out today”  … That was me for like 3 years.  But that is over now. Another process is throwing away (or giving to the food bank) all your “junk” food.  Pretty much get rid of anything with Carbs or Sugar.

And… progress.  Finally, brethren. There is progress.  I am yet again, a loser.  Yes. L-O-S-E-R.  This morning I was down 3 pounds on the scale from yesterday.  Wanna know how I did it???

I ate less.  I went to the gym and RAN.  i mean ran.. I was doing speed 6.2 and I usually do 5!  After my exercise program I went downstairs to the steam room and sweated it up.   I wasn’t even thinking steamy thoughts, I was praying.  Also, I decided that I’d like to try hot yoga.  That’s pretty much what I did to drop some pounds kiddos.
