hey everyone… Well… it’s Christmas. You know, I like the Christmas season… just not Christmas Day… Why? I don’t know, it’s just always seems to be a bit of a let down. I know I probably sound totally selfish. I can rant more later.. I have positive news to share!!!
This morning started off very good because I stepped on the scale and was 194.0 …. I have lost 40 pounds. I was super duper happy. So there is my happy bit. But opening presents today was a bit disappointing. This year, since there is seven kids in my family, we drew names for eachother. My seventeen year old bro had me and got my a coffeemaker. Great! Thanks, you shouldn’t have! Well… sure it’s practical.. I just wanted something pretty. My mom and dad really surprised me for grad with the Mac Book Pro… (which I am using to type this post)… so I shouldn’t complain about my lack of gifts. I got some slippers which i like.. and two books. (I love books.. and they look interesting.) Most Christmases though, we get a big thing. Which i missed. again.. I wanted something pretty. Like a nice necklace that my mom would pick out or something. I really am almost in tears… Need to snap out of it, as we are heading to our Christmas dinner.. oh well, she spoiled me last year.
